We source directly from farms and trusted importers across Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and beyond, selecting only beans that meet our standards for traceability, flavor, and craft roasting. Every blend and single origin in our lineup has been cupped, tested, and chosen with intention — not just because it tastes good, but because we can tell you exactly where it came from and why it matters.
