Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Coffee Products Orders for Lucky Ducky Coffee products are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1–3 business days from our Palm Springs location. Once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location. All coffee products are free shipping.
Merchandise (Apparel & Branded Items) Our branded merchandise is fulfilled on-demand through our print partner. Please allow an additional 2–7 business days for production before shipment. Delivery times are in addition to production time. Shipping price is done by the number of items and calculated at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination.
International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ducky@luckyduckycoffee.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
